Sadly, it doesn't look like EA Play games will support Xbox achievements. After that, you can install games directly from the Xbox app on Windows 10. You'll then be prompted to sign into your EA account and link it to your Xbox account.
Once installed, you can head back over to the Xbox app and start installing games. You'll need this on your PC to download and play games in the EA Play library. From there, you'll need to download the EA Desktop App, which is EA's own PC gaming platform.
First, you'll need to open the Xbox app on Windows 10, choose an EA Play game and click install.
